Dessert

Gâteau aux Cerises au Chocolat

Ingrédients :

  • 4 œufs
  • 200 grammes de sucre
  • 140 grammes de beurre fondu
  • 100 grammes de cacao en poudre
  • 240 grammes de farine
  • 12 grammes de levure chimique
  • 500 grammes de cerises dénoyautées

Instructions :

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 170°C.
  2. Beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteau.
  3. Disposez les cerises dénoyautées au fond du moule.

4 -Dans un bol, battez les œufs avec le sucre jusqu’à ce que le mélange devienne mousseux.

5-Ajoutez le beurre fondu et mélangez bien.

6-Incorporez le cacao en poudre, la farine et la levure chimique tamisées jusqu’à obtention d’une pâte homogène.

7-Versez la préparation sur les cerises dans le moule.

  • Enfournez et faites cuire pendant 45 à 50 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce que le gâteau soit doré et qu’un cure-dent inséré au centre en ressorte propre.
  • Laissez refroidir avant de démouler et saupoudrez de sucre en poudre avant de servir.
