GÂTEAU AUX COURGETTES FACILE

Ingrédients :

  • 4 courgettes de taille moyenne
  • 2 œufs
  • 100 ml de lait
  • 50 g de farine
  • 5 g de levure chimique
  • Sel/poivre

Préparation :

  1. Laver, nettoyer et couper les courgettes en tranches fines.
  2. Transférer dans une passoire, saupoudrer de sel, mélanger soigneusement. Poser une assiette dessus avec un poids pour éliminer l’eau de végétation des courgettes.
  3. Dans un bol, battre les œufs avec le lait, la levure et la farine jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène sans grumeaux.
  4. Incorporer délicatement les tranches de courgettes.
  5. Munir un moule de 22 à 24 cm de diamètre de papier sulfurisé.
  6. Verser la préparation dans le moule et niveler avec le dos d’une cuillère.
  7. Préchauffer le four en mode statique à 180°C.
  8. Enfourner durant environ 40 min.
  9. Sortir du four et laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
