Recette des Pommes de terre rôties parfaites :

Ingrédients :

  • 4 pommes de terre
  • Sel de mer (selon le goût)
  • Huile d’olive (selon le goût)
  • Poivre (selon le goût)
  • 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude

Instructions :

  1. Coupez les pommes de terre et laissez-les tremper dans de l’eau salée pendant 1 heure.
  2. Ajoutez 1 cuillère à café de bicarbonate de soude à l’eau bouillante et faites cuire les pommes de terre pendant 5 minutes.
  3. Assaisonnez avec du sel, du poivre, de l’huile d’olive et du romarin, puis enfournez à 190°C pendant 30 à 40 minutes.
