crème au mascarpone et au citron sans œufs

Temps de préparation : 10 minutes
Portions : Pour 4 personnes

Ingrédients :

  • 400 g de mascarpone
  • 200 ml de crème fraîche liquide
  • 100 g de sucre en poudre
  • 4 citrons non traités

Préparation :

  1. Dans un bol, mettez le mascarpone et le sucre glace et mélangez bien. Ajoutez le jus de 2 citrons et le zeste râpé de 4 citrons, puis mélangez.
  2. Montez la crème fraîche en neige ferme. Incorporez-la délicatement au reste de la crème au mascarpone et au citron. Utilisez une spatule et mélangez délicatement de bas en haut.
  3. Placez la crème au mascarpone et au citron sans œufs au réfrigérateur pendant environ une demi-heure pour qu’elle refroidisse complètement.
