Gâteau de Biscuits à la Crème de Yaourt :

Ingrédients:

  • 1 tasse de yaourt grec
  • 2 œufs
  • 10 g de sucre vanillé
  • 50 g de maïzena
  • 70 g de beurre
  • 110 g de stévia
  • 18 biscuits secs sans sucre
  • Sucre glace

Comment Faire le Gâteau de Biscuits à la Crème de Yaourt?

  1. Dans une casserole, fouettez les œufs avec la stévia, le sucre vanillé, le yaourt et la maïzena.
  2. Cuisez et épaississez le mélange en remuant constamment.
  3. Incorporez le beurre.
  4. Placez un cadre rectangulaire sur un plat et tapissez-le de papier sulfurisé.
  5. Disposez la moitié des biscuits au fond.
