Beignets aériens : la recette pour un moelleux irrésistible

Ingrédients:
400 g de farine
15 g de sucre (1 cuillère à soupe)
5 g de levure de bière sèche
3 g de sel
330-350 ml d’eau tiède
Huile de graines de tournesol pour la friture.

Instructions:

  1. Dans un bol, mélangez la farine, le sucre et la levure.
  2. Versez de l’eau tiède et commencez à mélanger, puis ajoutez le sel.
  3. Pétrissez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte molle et laissez reposer pendant 5 minutes.
  4. Pétrissez à nouveau la pâte et laissez reposer encore 5 minutes.
  5. Répétez ce processus et laissez la pâte lever pendant 90 à 120 minutes.
  6. Façonnez les beignets et faites-les frire dans deux casseroles différentes.
  7. La double étape de friture les rendra encore plus moelleux.
