Gâteau au Yaourt Grec :

Ingrédients :

  • 1 yaourt grec nature
  • 3 œufs
  • 1 pot de yaourt de sucre
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
  • 1/2 pot d’huile neutre
  • 3 pots de farine
  • 1 sachet de levure chimique
  • Zeste d’un citron
  • Pincée de sel

Instructions :

  1. Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Beurrez et farinez un moule à gâteau.
  2. Dans un saladier, mélangez le yaourt grec, les œufs, le sucre, le sucre vanillé et l’huile.
  3. Ajoutez la farine tamisée, la levure chimique, le zeste de citron et le sel. Mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène.
  4. Versez la pâte dans le moule et faites cuire au four pendant environ 30-35 minutes, ou jusqu’à ce qu’un cure-dent inséré ressorte propre.
  5. Laissez refroidir avant de démouler. Servez ce délicieux gâteau au yaourt grec avec un peu de yaourt en accompagnement si vous le souhaitez.
