Recette de Flan au Citron

Ingrédients :

  • 4 citrons (jus et zeste)
  • 200g de sucre en poudre
  • 4 œufs
  • 400ml de lait
  • 2 cuillères à soupe de fécule de maïs
  • Sucre glace pour saupoudrer (facultatif)

Instructions :

  1. Préchauffez votre four à 180°C (thermostat 6).
  2. Dans un saladier, battez les œufs avec le sucre en poudre jusqu’à ce que le mélange blanchisse.
  3. Ajoutez le jus et le zeste des citrons ainsi que la fécule de maïs, mélangez bien.
  4. Versez le lait tout en continuant de battre pour obtenir une préparation homogène.
  5. Versez la préparation dans des ramequins individuels ou dans un moule à gratin.
  6. Enfournez pendant environ 25 à 30 minutes, jusqu’à ce que le flan soit pris et doré sur le dessus.
  7. Laissez refroidir avant de saupoudrer éventuellement de sucre glace. Servez frais. Bon appétit !
